Plenty of Cod, Ling and Pollack to go around on the Tyne Wrecks

Massive thanks to Krzysztof for organising a day on the water with his party yesterday, who had travelled from London, Liverpool, Manchester and all corners of the country.

We headed off early to an amazing sunrise, and by the time we got to the first mackerel stop, we were shrouded in fog with a chilly breeze.

The conditions soon improved, and we were back to sunshine and calm seas.

Some lovely fish steadily came aboard throughout the day, with Adrian hauling up his new PB, with a ling weighing in on the digital scales at 11.13 lb.

The wind and swell just started to pick up towards the end of the day, so we called time and headed home allowing the lads plenty of opportunity to sort out their catch.

Great day and look forward to seeing them again soon.
